Alternatively, you can take 1 cup warm with honey and apple cider vinegar for early morning, then 1 cup pineapple juice and oatmeal for breakfast.  For Lunch, 1 cup pineapple and grilled tuna then 1 cup fresh pineapple juice for afternoon snacks. During the dinner, you can consume pineapple salad and baked chicken breast. You need to drink plenty of water during these days.
